Make sure you are not adding an extra space after the code..In my case it says - The promo code you entered does not exist.

Are you guys trying to add the annual package with the Promo Code like me
.. only in that case it's giving an error. Select the Monthly Subscription option and then use the promo code and you'll be good to go.Also, on that "Promo Error Code" pop-up, you can select the "Proceed with new package" option and you'll have a monthly subscription added into your basket for a measly $0.00.
