Umm no. The guy can't even jump over a waist-high railing. Again, too linear. If you're gonna include stuff like this, a better example would be the foot chases in LA Noire. Even though that's heavily scripted, at least there you don't have to follow a strict trail.Yakuza 4 fits perfectly due to those chase sequences.

You can jump over obstacles during that mini game, I guess the player in that video is just bad. Although agreed that its not a good example of free running (particularly due to the fixed circuit).
