Following the announcement at Gamescom just a couple of days ago, Sony has today announced a price drop for the PS3 home console in India. The 160 GB model will now be priced at Rs 16,990; that’s a Rs 3,000 reduction from the existing Rs 19,990 price point. The 320 GB version, which is bundled with the Playstation Move starter kit, has also received an attractive price reduction, dropping from the existing Rs 23,490 to the new price of Rs 19,990.

Shepard: I couldn't do this without you, Garrus.
Garrus: Sure you could. Not as stylishly, of course.

I'd expect 16,990 for the Vita too since it is also priced at 249 Euro like the PS3. Sony won't subsidise a new launch.Excellent price. On an un-related note, I hope they will price the Vita aggressively in India.

Did the NDS get a price cut?good pricing .. the new price gives a chance to non-working gamers to own the best console in the market.
???The best thing for fat ps3 owners.. they now need to pay just 8k for new ps3
...
If it gets rrod..
Very good pricing on the two bundles.
I will get there

15000 or 14990 INR would hit the sweet spot though

15000 is perfect for Vita. Though 16999 is not bad.
Lets just hope it isnt priced as retardedly as the PSP was back in the day for 25-30k
Neat pricing, now I feel like I should sell of the 120 gb and buy the 320gb bundle with move
