I haven't the heart to request you to follow up. You know best whether sending us promo copies absolves them and you will not be covering their games, or whatever.WTF! I made it clear to them that they should be sending retail copies and not promo.
I'm fine with what I've received, it has been so long a wait after all.

If you can't play online, you don't have the full game. Besides, it's incredibly shady to give promo copies as contest prizes. One of the first things I made clear to Zapak before we agreed to do the contest is that winners must get retail copies. And I've kept repeating it in every email to them.
Only problem here is that if they have to send you the retail copies now, they'd require you guys to send these promo copies back to them, which means you guys would incur the courier charges of sending the games back to Zapak.

I also got the review copy 2 months back with no Online Pass(VIP Pass) in it:thumbdown: I had to buy the Online Pass

I don't think they will have online passes lying around, they are just the distributorsCan't they just mail you 4 online passes.
