In the age where people have experienced service from the likes of Amazon.. it is a shame that we still have the likes of Timtara operating in India.
Now even we have the likes of Flipkart :hi2: which promise the delivery time and make sure the product reaches to the customer around that time. To an extent Letsbuy is also there , but not at par with Flipkart.


This bloody site Timtara :loser: stands no where in the race and they still have the balls to call themselves No.1 in customer experience !

I wanted to buy GTA IV complete edition for PS3 .. but it was not available on FK or LB...
so I ordered it from Timtara on 15th of November , 2011 (Order #10128139) and till date have not received it.

Even after sending multiple mails and calling their contact centers I have been told that the product would reach me in the next couple of days.. but the day hasnt come yet.
Its been more than 15 days since I ordered a cd and I have not yet received it from them. If they cannot deliver a cd in less than 5 days .. you can imagine what sort of SCM/Logistics they have ..

After posting my feedback on their page on Facebook, they kept on deleting my comments.. but when I did not stop and pasted my comments repeatedly .. they blocked me from their FB page ! :sign_omg:


And to wrap it up ..

Just 15 minutes ago , I got a call from some one at Timtara saying that they dont have GTA IV complete edition in stock .. but they have an alternate available ..
which they said is ............




Metal Gear Solid ! :chair:

I have finally asked them to cancel the order !

My friends at IVG .. you have been warned ! order from this site at your own risk .. or else be prepared :puspa:

Use sites like intencity.com, nextworld.in from next time. I have no idea why you went on such site.

I had same type of experience with Intencity. Now I now many ppl here are fans of Intencity so it may not go down well with them. I had ordered ICO and SOTC collection after seeing that the Product was in Stock. After 5 days I called to ask what happened, the guy who answered the phone said the item is out of stock and will arrive at the the weekend. I said its ok as I needed the game. Next weekend, I again called whether the product is now available, the guy who answered said it will be available in a day or two. after day or two I again called and asked the guy replied that the item will be available by weekend. I got fed up and asked for a refund, he said it will be done. The guy didn't asked me to provide the bank details and since I didn't knew the refund process i waited. Finally, in third week I called and this time I asked for the manager. Prashant finally came on the phone and said that refund will be given after I provided the bank details.

I got my refund, but this is not the kind of service I had expected. Flipkart rarely screws and they sell lot of stuff. Intencity sells only games, if they can't do one thing that they are supposed do properly, then what can I say.

Am really late to this thread.

But its gud these reviews about website. Even after such a pathetic service, they continue to exist. I dont know how.

Believe it or not. I Got the Xbox holiday bundle for 26.5K with 3.5K discount from 30K. Worst part is i had 50 days of nightmare to get the product. The truth is I am damn lucky. Many of the people did not receive the product even after 4 months neither got refunded. Stay away from timtara.

Well, i sorta bought my PS3 from there. They took a whole month but I didnt care. Bt my colleague never got his phone. He actually had to go to their office in Noida and threaten them and stuff. But yeah, Im not ordering ANYTHING from them anymore.
