Hey guys,wanna get a new Laptop,actually my first one

Budget:25k-35k

I should be able to play good games on it,like fifa12,Skyrim at-least

Most of these price ranged have Intel HD 3000 Graphics card.Checked Youtube videos and most of the new games are playable on this graphic card.

Go for ASUS K53SV-SX520D. its around 38k in flipkart but ul not regret it. It has got GT540M nvidia gcard 2gb. i5 2nd gen.

good specs.2gb graphics memory is more than enough to run the new lot of games like bf3 and fifa12.

Anymore laptops like these under the budget I can sacrifice onto i3 coz there isn`t much diff between i3 and i5 i think.

Get an AMD llano based laptop if you want a cheap laptop that can play games at a decent frame rate. The intel 3000 HD graphics can play games only on low settings and many times it is not even that.

However for CPU performance intel is way ahead and has better battery performance as well.


The other alternative is to wait for ivy bridge. Ivy bridge GPU is supposed to be better and has better performance and battery life. Ivy bridge will be out in a couple of months.

Can i trust lenovo Problem is under 40k i am not getting a 1gb graphics card with i5.And with i3,they have in built Intel HD
