it all depends on 1.13
nothing before that and at the same time .. everyone gets atleast 2 weeks after 1.13 is released so that you can upgrade all boosters in that time.

I agree with Ruiz (if someone allow me to play the tourney!)....I havent even upgraded all the boosters to gold in Legacy-3 now. If you do that next legacy after the tourney it will be nice. I hate upgrading cloaked again. Its really pain in the arse for me cos I am not kinda bloke with stealth killing just face to face do or die....

Please do improve the points scoring system...pointing system last time made tdm irrelevant .Also include Team objective from first round and not just in finals.

no plans for any tourney before 1.13
all the rules will be made known before the tourney kicks off and no changes whatsoever will be made after that. format will def change(wont be just tdm and plunder), dont want to say anything more than that.
