^ yea the coupons should have the codes printed. They are better for the store purchases though.

And the loyalty point system needs to be tweaked or it will not work. Lets say I buy a 2500 rs. Game from them, it will give me 27 loyalty points, worth 27 rs. That's all. To get a decent 10% discount, which you normally get, you need to buy 9-10 games.
Some of the discounts like +1% discount during sale, are so small that one wouldn't really care to level up.

Actually, everyone should start with Delta, that will make sense with kind of competition they have.

exactly my opinions ...
and they could have made things more simple..like if i want to use the discount coupons online,i got to call them..why not mention the code right on the coupon...obviously it will be one time use only...
plus the reward system,it quite like nextworld reward points...or any cashback cc reward points...nothing innovative or something that would lure the customers...
