New Guilty Gear game announced at the Arc System Works event on May 19th. It uses the Unreal Engine and is directed by Daisuke Ishiwatari.

I assume this is at least coming to the PS4 because of the end of the trailer, because of no platforms announced, the "new era for ASW" mentioned and because this is in line with what they hinted before concerning next gen development.

OMG another Arc System Works game with less than 15 characters :clap3: hyped

On the side note, name the blonde chick at the end of the trailer who says zuibun makasete kureta, she reminds me of erza for some reason

Hope it's not next gen, wouldn't be worth the price tag

Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- Is Gearing Up To Be A Next Generation Game

While we were talking about BlazBlue: Chronophantasm, I asked Arc System Works president Minoru Kidooka what’s going on with Guilty Gear. I thought Siliconera readers might be curious after seeing the Guilty Gear Xrd –SIGN- trailer from Arc System Works.

Kidooka replied that we’ll find out more about Guilty Gear at E3… in 2014. “Most likely, [creator] Daisuke Ishiwatari will come to E3 next year and you can ask him then,” Kidooka shared with us.

Arc System Works is preparing to move on to the next generation and it might be with Guilty Gear. “Currently, we are brainstorming,” Kidooka said to Siliconera. “Guilty Gear Xrd is a title we’re considering to bring to the next generation.”

Kidooka added that Arc System Works are confirmed to be a PlayStation 4 developer.

The arcade hardware its running on RingEdge 2 is similar to PS4. However this might be a cross gen title , we might get a slightly inferior PS3/360 version ( looking like ninokuni or naruto) and an Arcade perfect version on PS4/XB1 . I dont think PS3 can handle that level of AA and 60 fps. And that last screen where Chipp is using some blue flame thing just :O
