Sniper shot to uncovered head is instadeath. Same goes with fatboy rounds. A shotgun blast to head when up close also kills instantly. If you are expecting COD style one hit deaths, you will be disappointed.

finished the game yesterday!!! ending was very disappointing ... they made plenty of provision for part 2!!!!

I started playthrough 2 on nightmare and im now at dead city

Reached the subway town. The enemies are smart and makes you utilize your wide range of weapons. Muties charge at you while bandits take cover and flank you. The best thing about the game is its kickass gunplay, it more than makes up for the loose plot.

Just completed the game.

Absolutety shitty last level and ending! I walked into the supposedly "dangerous area" armed to the teeth and carrying hundred of rounds of the best ammo and all the game threw at me were a few grunts and mutants? It was pathetically easy (and I don't mean this in a HL2 kind of a way).

Anyway, apart from the throwaway story and crappy ending I loved the game. The satisfying gunplay and arsenal pretty much made up for all the flaws and even the 5-6 hours spent in trying to get the game to run on my AMD card. Finished all side missions, races and even spent a lot of time playing the minigames (heck, even won the card game on hard!).

Gets a solid 8/10 from me.

I'll give it a shot on Nightmare but I'm not expecting a challenge if I'm packing 200 fat mamas, 150 rockets, 150 explosive bolts, 1200 pulse rounds, 25 BFG rounds, 100 wingsticks and 15 sentry bots.

I had so much money by the end of the game that I literally bought hundreds upon hundreds of each ammo type and every single upgrade.

I was in the same situation but I decided to wrap this up and then play Arkham City properly. Now UC3 is here and Skyrim arrives in a week

Exactly same with me. Now UC3 has put AC on hold. Will Probably finish UC3 this weekend and Arkham City next. Then SR3 comes along and Rage gets pushed to January.
And I haven't even started Resistance 3 yet
