Invictus
Project Gotham Racing 4 Developers - Bizzare creations Publishers:Microsoft Genre:Racing Platform(s):Xbox360 Release Date: North America: October 2, Europe: October 12 Right from the starting line, Project Gotham Racing 4 creates an emotionally-charged racing experience, where you become attached to your careers, profiles, and vehicles. There are several new features that embody this emotional experience, the most significant being the new career mode. Bizzare's goal for PGR 4 is to create an "emotionally-charged racing experience." One way that will be accomplished is through the new career mode. As your driver progresses, winning races and racking up kudos, he gains new fans. They cheer just for him as he passes other drivers. And thanks to the revised kudos system, your newly-confident driver will pump his fist as he passes an opponent. Just don't get too full of yourself, because the AI promises to be as big as showoff as your virtual driver. Also added is a new dynamic weather system. You won't turn on and off rain or worry about a snow flurry in one specific track. The weather changes and you never know what to expect when you start your engine. The weather will force you to adjust your driving techniques, particularly when powering around corners in any of the 10 different locations in PGR 4. KnackChap
As reported earlier today, there was rumor of PGR 4 being delayed. XF has just learned that it has been finalized. There is a delay. The new release date has been changed to October 2nd or 3rd. We know it's one of those 2 dates. We're guessing it's October 2nd, since the 2nd is a Tuesday. XF hates breaking the bad news. But we have to. Hopefully more good news will start coming down the line instead of the chronic bad stuff. The positive side is that the delay fills a hole in the October line-up.

CarbonCore
gonna kick some gt5 a*s :D may be that's why they delayed it, to add 5000 cars...or may be not !! http://xboxfamilynews.blogspot.com/2007/08...ll-october.html
CarbonCore
Yeah, if the size of each car is 10/12 MB, then just the cars from GT5 will overflow PGR disk. On the side note, the place available for 360 games is actually 1GB less than dual-layer PS2 games.

MarketTantrik
PGR4's rubber hits the road October 2nd From Xbox360 Fanboy http://www.xbox360fanboy.com/2007/08/23/pg...ad-october-2nd/ ____________________________________________ MS just sent out an announcement that Project Gotham Racing 4 will be arriving on October 2nd for the MSRP of $59.99. To sweeten the deal, the also announced some more vehicles in the game, both those with two wheels and four. Personal favorites at X3F Towers in the most recent bunch include the Ariel Atom 300 Supercharged, making a return since being introduced in PGR2, and getting "High Def'd" in PGR3. Since it would be boring to use some stock PGR4 logo as the image for the post, we're grabbing the Ariel's segment from Top Gear and spreading the love. Full list of announced vehicles after the break. Cars • Ariel Atom 300 Supercharged (2004) • Aston Martin V8 Vantage (2005) • Austin Mini Cooper S (1964) • Chevrolet Camaro Z28 (1969) • Ferrari F430 (2004) • Caparo T1 (2007) • Caterham R500 (2000) • Lamborghini Gallardo (2004) • Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren (2005) • Tesla Roadster (2008) Motorcycles • BMW F 800 S (2006) • Honda NR750 (1992) • Honda CBR600RR (2005) • Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 (2007) • MTT Turbine Superbike (2006) • MV Agusta F4 Senna (2006) • Norton 500 Manx (1962) • Triumph Speed Triple (2005) • Triumph Trident (2005) ________________________________________________ Check out the video of Jeremy Clarkson reviewing the Ariel Atom. Its got a better power to weight ratio than the Ferrari Enzo and the acceleration can distort your face like as if you're sitting in a centrifuge. Imagine 0-96 in just over 2 seconds. But dont take my word for it, watch the video and weep, SUCKERZ !!!
