Limbo release date announced for Playstation Network

Limbo, the puzzle-platformer developed by Danish studio Playdead, is set to release on PS3 via the Playstation Network on July 20. The title won several awards last year and was also voted as IVG’s Downloadable Game of the Year. A release date for the recently announced PC version is yet to be revealed.

Limbo generated unanimous praise from gamers and positive reviews from critics thanks to its simple gameplay, challenging puzzles and a splendid art style. IVG gave Limbo an impressive 9/10, calling it “a stand out example for games to be more than just games or entertainment”.
