Sony announces new games for PS Plus; extends support to Vita

Sony has announced five new, free games to cater to its Playstation Plus subscribers over the next few months. These games include Rock of Ages, Retro / Grade, Machinarium and Double Dragon: Neon. The surprise announcement was Red Dead Redemption as the fifth, free game for Playstation Plus subscribers for the month of September (EU Region).

Sony also announced that it would be extending Playstation Plus services to the PS Vita as well. Unfortunately, no further information was shared regarding Playstation Plus for Vita. Finally, Sony announced that it will be increasing the Playstation Plus cloud storage space limit from 150MB to 1GB sometime before the end of the year.

  1. Is India part of EU region, or does it belong to Worldwide? It’ll be very disappointing if RDR doesn’t become free here 🙁
