Yeah, I quite liked it. Pretty standard for any Sci-Fi series, though. Nothing groundbreaking. But pretty good for a first episode. Also, the violence shown... Don't know much about the Halo universe but it was still easy to understand. Watched a bit of Halo first episode. I think it's better to skip it as I could not get through the episode. The Spartans look and move weird, some f**ked up CGI. The dialogue is cheesy and corny most of the times. Covenant has better CGI I suppose.

I don’t agree with this. Making civilians go up against Russian military with potato equipment & artillery to stay covered & unbreachable in your own bunker is no Valor or Courage. He should have built an armed force strong enough to stay put for this long when you knew the imminent threat from 2014-2022. NATO should have helped him do that in this period instead of sending equipment in a hush now. Instead he relied totally on NATO name & now with no show & looking like a fool,using civilians to do the job. Leaving them with no other option. This is not heroic,no matter how much NATO & he himself try to cover it up & try to make it look like.

Been playing this for a while now and as usual, going through each Island one step at a time. It's pretty much the same Far Cry we had before just with a different setting and some slightly new mechanics. It's good to finally have a protagonist who actually speaks and contributes to the overall narrative. Playing this in 60 frames and looking so dam good gives me great joy on this current generation of consoles. Also Dani singing to the radio tunes while driving was a very nice touch. This came out of nowhere and really adds to the travel immersion. Overall, having a lot of fun with this game.
