Maybe it's time 343i, gave it to one of MS's other studios to work on it. Perhaps a Zenimax dev. Sony devs gave MS a legendary franchise and MS managed to run it to the ground. Right now looks like 5/10 game at best :/

Ideally - yes. But until and unless the deal fully completes - CoD or major Acti games will most probably not come. There are major hurdles in acquiring Acti-Blizz it seems, and if the deal falls through after Acti has put their entire library on GP - it will be a major issue for them. After all, Acti-Blizz has very few major IPs that a lot of people are hyped about (And CoD is 70% of that at least).

Just played this little gem called "last day of June" from the catalog. Wanted to play this since long as I loved the creator's previous game but never got a chance. It's a short 3~5 hour title about a couple & an event that occurs in their life. The game is basically the husband re-living that moment over and over again but through the eyes of different members of his small hamlet and trying to change the course of events by their actions. Game makes you teary eyed during the climax and the payoff is absolutely worth it. Very very highly recommend.

No skipping.. Biome 5 is beautiful on it's own.

Biome 5 itself is a Boss Fight.. there are a some crazy areas especially the challenge room (not optional )

I guess it's the 30s syndrome. All of us are established in jobs and have family or life to take care so have limited time to game. What each one of us wouldn't give to have both consoles when we were teens. Having a console was rarity back then and buying games on top was also dependent on parent's favor.
