This show is coming with blessing from the Tolkien Estate which is as close to the source as you can get today. The Estate didn't like Peter Jacksons trilogy because he changed too many things. Shooting is so much better. And so is Joel’s movement. It’s very agile and the environment reacts as you’d expect it to. Gameplay wise, it’s exactly like tlou2. But I really wish they added the dodge button somehow. It feels odd after playing tlou2 to not have it here.

Finished it a few days back. Since then I have deleted and redownloaded the game 3 times. f**king thing is addictive! 1. Biomes 5 and 6 are brutal. 2. I had no idea what I was doing in the final boss battle. Just kept shooting at random sh*t and running around for 6 mins. 3. I don't believe in God, but I do believe in Electropylon Driver.

Hey bro, thanks again for "The Secret History", finished it few days ago and loved it! The narration and setting are excellent. The nervousness of a newcomer, the yearning to belong, you can really feel it! And some parts especially, really do take you there. The sleepovers, the stay in Italy, the plans they discuss to hide the truth, very very well done. It did feel a little too long at the end but that's probably just me as it didn't have the 'whodunnit' element, still a great read (listen) nonetheless. It's such a shame, the ill-fated attempts of its screen adaptation, it would have been such a treat but may be it's better this way. For other fellow readers/listeners who are into sci-fi short stories, I recently finished "Inappropriately Human: 21 Short Stories" by Andrew Heaton, highly recommend it. It instantly reminded me of Black Mirror, except it's not really Dark and gloomy, just the opposite.

Majority of the buyers don’t purchase the games on launch so in a way no game is justified at launch selling price? Its very subjective, to each his own. If the price is high then get it when price drops. For me spending 4-5k on a digital game doesn't make sense so i don’t. Doesn't mean sony/nintendo/microsoft’s digital games are not rightly priced. They are not making us purchase their games at gunpoint. Relax and enjoy the games whatever way and whenever one can ✌️

"HD texture pack" I mentioned it because the bar for paying full price for essentially the same game again is so low in post Switch world that LoU Remake feels like a new game to me in comparison.
