Played it for an hour, amazing world and art style all around. It looks gorgeous and runs smooth too. The tall structures in the background, architect and robot designs are really something. Melee combat needs practice and evade a lot. Enjoying it so far. Plus such a high quality game Day 1 gamepass, amazing.

Early impressions Played for 2.5 hours and I've no idea why those few gaming press gave bad reviews? Runs smooth on Xbox Series X on 4K 60fps. Stunning graphics, giving BioShock-ky vibes from the beginning. Voice acting and writing is good so far. Shocking moments after you reach new area where the gameplay begins. Combat is fun but tough. New game mechanics which can be adapted by other devs. Realtime cutscenes and are well done. Sexy robots they're burnin hot. Cons The subtitles are too small No accessibility options No sprinting (not a big letdown because the main character already moves fast) No photomode (definitely needs one) Tho I've not progressed that much but news are game has pretty awesome boss fights.

Everyone has different taste. I love Ted lasso but season 2 was a let down after excellent season 1. Hopefully season 3 will redeem it.
