Done with the DLC. Took ~10 hours. I literally just came across only 2 side-quests (the ones with the green exclamation marks) throughout the 10-odd hours. I didn't use fast travel at all and flew on my mount in the hopes that there might be quests that I might run into, but nope. Personally, I'm okay with that, because then the main story gets a good amount of focus, which is pretty decent'ish overall. But, I can totally imagine some people having a meltdown over the lack of side-quests. In terms of the main story, I would've liked a little more emphasis on Nemesis, though (I promise, that wasn't a word-play). The final boss battle is ace! The scale is mind-numbingly epic. Also, hands-down the best looking game out there. Visual fidelity at its finest. Nothing comes close. Not even GoW: R. I played in Favour Resolution mode and utilised all of those self-emitting pixels on my OLED to the maximum. What a treat! The other "supposed" boss battles are kinda underwhelming, though. But the last boss battle more than makes up for it with its scale. There are some minor open-world'y bugs here and there, but nothing major.

Yeah and almost all those studios mentioned over there have been acquired with the sole reason of making MP games. ND and GG have been making MP games forever.

It's labelled as a different SKU on app or play store, and installs a separate app on phone. As long as you've active Netflix sub, it plays normally (similar to Apple Arcade).

4070 Ti can handle most of the present games at 4K 60 fps on Ultra/High. 12GB VRAM might be an issue in future but then can play easily at 1440p on Ultra/High settings. Then there is also the options of DLSS and stuff to improve fps. For unoptimised games I will stick to PS5. If you want more VRAM then you have go for 4080 or AMD Radeon options. Currently playing RDR2 and it looks absolutely stunning at 4K ultra. Getting avg of 62fps.

Check with your CA. There are ways to save even higher IMO. HRA + 80c + 80ccd + LTA + direct payments on some items on CTC to decrease tax burden (car, fuel, telephone etc). And I'm sure the CA can tell some not so honest means too.
