You keep repairing it and you won't need primal knife.. you get hand gun ammo in Abundance and I had upgraded Black Tail to the max along with Excluive Upgrade.. According to this link, India falls under Region C. So, I'm guessing the PS5 consoles we get are also Region C compatible. I think there's a way to check in the settings, isn't there? Under console information. I have a digital edition console so it doesn't show for me. Also, 4K UHD blu rays are completely region-free apparently.
