I think what he meant was they have to carve out different path and compete in market since they will not beat Sony 1v1 in console sales. Purely basis of AAA bangers, Sony will not be defeated in Console sales, its a fact. Sony was never defeated during PS3 gen, just had minor setback for 1 or 2 years due high price of console and bad messaging, PS3 was still flying off shelves almost everywhere even before big bangers came out. PS brand is way too strong, for many countries PS means gaming. MS brand was never global. Xbox 360 succeeded in US coz not only it had good games but also some unique features that PS3 didn't offer for first few years. Xbox live was a big factor of their success and no one can deny that piracy also helped 360 in many regions especially in India. 90% of indians played on modded 360. Xbox 360 didn't beat PS3 in US just purely on basis of AAA games. It was 1st to launch, cheaper and had better online features and more, plus games. WiiU had good games but still failed but Switch succeeded coz not only it had good games but it was also something special coz its portability factor and was also affordable. So ultimately Phill trying to say they need to offer something extra along with good games to compete with juggernaut like Sony. He never said we will not make good games n all or good games not needed to be successful. I think he was also trying to justify why game pass is good and essential for it success of Xbox brand over sales of just pure hardware. He was trying to downplay low hardware sales maybe? Also, Xbox sales will always remain behind even if MS makes multiple AAA bangers coz games not exclusive to Console hardware now whereas Sony focuses hard on console sales with PS5 only exclusives. MS focuses on getting people jnto ecosystem rather than selling just console now. XBOX Hardware will never compete with PS5 if same game is on PC day and date at launch with better features. That's all i wanted to say on this topic. I dont want people to think iam from MS PR pls lol.

Get a screen protector, it picks up miniscule scratches easily, quality of glass is pretty mediocre.

Congrats. While I don't recommend case or screen protectors since they take away the charm of AW, the screen isn't as durable as you might think it is. Mine is a little over a year old and there's already a crack on one of the corners. Barely perceptible, but it happened, no idea where or how.

Update: Received my AW from Flipkart. Everything seems to be fine and genuine. Invited the delivery person inside my home and took my time to verify everything, matched the serial number on box as well. The only thing I hate about this open box delivery is, you miss out on the unboxing experience and you are often in a rush to unbox in front of the delivery guy.

It comes down to your risk and volatility appetite. Historically, Midcap 150 has performed better than Nifty 50 (it's a largecap itself) but volatility has been much higher and sticking to SIP will be crucial. Midcap is based on free-float mkt cap (same as Nifty 50) weightage so it had high weightage of stocks like Adani Gas etc. Such high weightage are kinda smoothened in 50 because of the composition of the top sectors. So ups and downs are a lot frequent relative to 50. I think Mid-cap would have performed on avg. equal to the flex-cap returns. But I prefer picking a more conservative-value based flexi-cap like PPFAS over this as my drawdowns will be much better protected even if the returns go through a stagnation period.

Long term investment is a minimum 7yrs, historically, 10yrs is even better. 3-5yrs is not enough for Index to provide you consistent CAGR. Anyway, Nifty 50 is the market leading index which any novice can get started with. In addition to an index fund, an active flexi cap fund will give you good diversification.

Its actually good considering 10 year old hardware. But graphics seems heavily toned down. I am amazed it actually runs on ps4, thought it would be cancelled.

Index funds are mostly stable funds and don't require much research, all of them will more less perform the same over a long period since they all are tracking the same index. You should opt for one which is by a reliable fund house with the least expense ratio. There are so many options you can't really go very wrong when it comes to Index funds. Exactly My PS5 comes naked and wife's nail polish comes in bubble wrapped box.

Also, the packaging is so random sometimes they have a huge carboard box full of bubble wrap for a Rs. 100 face wash and then you have consoles getting delivered like this.

\ Couldn't resist and pulled the trigger. Amazing piece of tech. This is miles ahead of last gen VR which was just a poor compromise. Blown away by Horizon and GT7. Kayak was a nice surprise, very chill and realistic engrossing game. Resident Evil Demo gave me motion sickness so that was a bummer, will try again tomorrow when I am a bit fresh to see if I get through the RE. Overall, excellent tech. Sony made it very simple to use. Last gen had 4-5 cable nightmare that you had to plug in. This time around, its just a single usb c cable. Plug that in and you are good to go.

Managed to add two new boxed blue consoles to my blue console collection. Also managed to complete god of war official steelbook collection.
