Some top UK ministers have already given their dumb@ss statement that CMS should consider MS's wider investments In UK, which basically makes it an arm twisted conclusion and not an investigative one. Whats the point of an investigation on the deal if they're gonna approve it just because MS has other investments in the UK market.
This is what MS does and has been doing for a while, if they can't gain market, they buy their majority, then destroy that market economy to replace it with one they can control. It must infuriating for them to be in the console business for 20+ years, still be in the last place and continue losing what little market share they have, all the while companies that at 1/20 or smaller their size dominate consistently.
