Have you even read what that lawsuit is about? It basically accuses Sony of doing what every digital store is doing, be it Apple Store or Xbox Marketplace on Xbox. Both charge 30% cut and if I am not wrong, there is no other place to buy digital games for both of those stores either. This lawsuit is accusing Sony for following a model which has been the standard and has been there for decades.

finished NG++, had a great time, went with tetrapod/tank build for the most part. Most refreshing part was that having played 4/FA and 5/VD on ps3/360; there were no performance hiccups in AC6. The ps3/360 gen ACs had a ton of slowdown IIRC.

While we are not dead, community has not grown from past few years it is those constant 20-30 members, we need to figure a way to grow this and onus is with the new gen, we oldies are nearing retiring age and ready to hand over the controller to our kids.
