  1. If you didnt hit anyone today, then you will hit someone tomorrow. If you don't break an egg while juggling them doesn't mean you never will. Its the mentality of most Indians that just because they are stuck in traffic gives them a right to go all berserk. Yes you need to get home, we all do. So its really no need to start that 'Ideal Situation' talk. The situation is same for all of us. Just the fact is that you and many others dont have the patience to handle it, and become a nuisance for the others. You didnt hit anyone, great. But am pretty sure that almost anyone(me included), would admit that it was pretty pathetic the way you were driving. And its sad that you are trying to explain yourself. Enjoy your L33t skills..

    happy diwali man... :hi2:

  2. Well I don't need to butt in but your video's title gave us that you were trying to show off your l33t skills.

Also I'm fine with bikers weaving in and out, but what happens is that they brush against them cars and cause them damages. If you're driving a car then most of the times you'll have to protect a biker because they don't really care and if by any chance a mishap happens the crowd always blames it on the car and never on the biker. So when one comes across such a video, any car person is bound to be irritated.

I'm not saying that car people don't drive in a rash manner but it's the society bias towards a "bechara" biker that gets on our nerves along with they giving us tiny scratches along with weaving in and out.

oh by all means, if someone does hit your car then it's an accident. there's no argument there. i'm saying that i got a lot of unnecessary flak for posting a video in which i didn't actually hit anyone, even replies which suggested i should be reported to the police.

anyway, if i realized it would have offended so many people i wouldn't have posted it. when the traffic is that bad, everyone drives badly, myself included. the whole point of the video was that that's no way to have to travel to work every day.

  3. Yeah, its usual for you and the other guys, and thats where the problem for me and other is. Also, when you title your video "Riding Insane" its kind of hard to think that you are actually trying to highlight the traffic problems, and its kind of hard to think that there is any traffic problem for you, given the way you drive. Every 1 has their own experiences, for most of use driving like this is nothing but nuisance, but you find it normal, may be you have better empathy towards them coz you drive in similar manner.

Also, i always have my windows rolled up and AC on whenever i drive, it helps in cutting out the horn beeps from the motor cyclist who are very furious at me because i dont allow them to damage my car anymore.

riding insane,. because the song's name is becoming insane, by infected mushroom. that's all really. you also have anger issues, i think. i've never seen anyone who takes pleasure in making other people miserable get ahead in life, so, all the best with that.

  4. It makes me lot better than you guys, coz i am not breaking any lane law. I am just blocking an area which is so small that only a pedestrian can fit in , but the bikes try to zoom past and knock over people side mirrors and scrape the sides of the car, and that too on the side of the road.

There is no need to get personal, i am sure you had expected people to praise your driving skills, but members have rightly pointed out the lack of it. I dont ruin some 1's day and i dont give a damn about you bikers dying yourself in your so called commute. Most of the time the bikers use the foot path for avoiding a jam, if they want to endanger their life, then i dont have a problem with it, but damaging my car just because you want to get home/work early, well that i have a problem with.

like i've said before. and it's also in the description of the video, what i've posted is nothing unusual. it's an every day ride that i have to go through to get to work. i would prefer if i had a smooth road with no traffic to ride on but sadly, that's not the way it is. if you want to know about lane law, then i suggest you read up on something called filtering, where a biker is actually allowed to use the gaps between cars to move forward. i don't mean to be pedantic but it's actually legal to do that. i don't approve of weaving in and out of traffic or changing lanes like i've shown in the video but it's heavy traffic, and i didn't hit anyone or cause any accidents.i have a lancer and it's got scratches on it's bumper, but they've been caused by other cars. i find that people riding bikes, despite being too close to my car always manage to leave enough space to not touch my car.

the truth is this, you probably assumed i'm some hotheaded biker who wants to show off about his "krazee biker skillz" but i'm not. i have a steady job, i treat my parents with respect and i love cats and dogs. that probably throws the mental image you had of me out the window. anyway, my point is that you shouldn't be so fast in judging someone just based on a video they've put up, especially when you don't know what context it was made in.

and next time you see a guy in a bike trying to get past you, roll up your windows, turn the AC on and listen to some music. it'll do you good, rather than trying to block him. have a nice day

  5. So you are within your right to overtake on the left, but he's wrong to block off your glory hole?

    glory hole?

i don't think you know what that means. anyway, i don't want to get banned so i'm going to log out. peace

  6. I knew you were proud of your sh*t driving.

And you took a video of the bad traffic situation? The only bad traffic was you. Which traffic law gave you the right overtake on the left as and when you please?

look man, i'm not going to argue with you on this. i'm not saying what i did was right, and in an ideal world, we'd all be leaving 8 feet of space between each car and twice as much space for bikes, etc, etc. but if you think everyone in that video was following the rules, you're clearly deluded. so go on, jump on the bandwagon and have a go at me like anyone else who saw that video, you've got crowd support going for you. i posted the video not to show off my skills as a biker, but to show the mess that me and thousands of others have to go through just to get to work. if you don't like it, thats fine. but don't assume things about me that you don't know.

  7. Absolutely hate it when some 1 tries to ride the bike in the same manner as you did. Nowadays, when i am stuck in a jam ( especially when i am on the side of the road) i consciously try to block the narrow path which the smartass bikers try to take.

so you called me a bad rider and then proceeded to admit that you do the exact same thing. how does that make you any better than the smartass bikers trying to get home or get to work. guess my video was a bad idea but people like you who go out of their way to ruin someone elses day are really not worth arguing with.

  8. Seriously man? You're proud of that sh*t you call driving?

Drive one day in a car. You'll know how pissing off bike guys who drive like this get you.

And I'm sure you're the type who turns on the inside when a car takes a left turn?

    Sent from my quad-core.

    easy boy.

i do drive a car, and i leave room for bikers because i know what it's like to ride a bike. how did you assume i would try to overtake a car when it's taking a turn? do you know me personally? I don't think you do.

there's nothing unusual about the ride, i haven't forced anyone off the road or cut anyone off in that video. all i've done is made a video of a bad traffic situation

and easy with the language next time, it's no fun being insulted by 12 year olds.

  9. Hey everyone.

I've been lurking the forums for a while, and I finally decided to join after getting frustrated with racist teenagers on the BF3 multiplayer servers. Looking for something more local and friendlier(hopefully)

I've been playing BF3 mostly, and Uncharted 1,2 and 3 when I want to relax. I live/work in Bangalore and when i'm not blowing stuff up on the internet, I like going for long rides and chilling out with friends and beer.

Thats enough of the dating site styled introduction, looking forward to meeting some buddies who play bf3 on indian servers.

oh and apart from gaming, i am a huge motorhead, f1 fan and i work in the visual effects industry.

    Cheers
