Comparing both is bad idea. Steam is Steam. PS+ is PS+.
Both are good for their platforms.
Obviously.. but the thing i like most about steam is the marketplace, trading and trading cards obviously

between steam sales and humble bundle... moving over to PC from PS3 has been most rewarding. THough PSN+ has been offering some awesome deals as well.
