I can understand the nervousness one can get when they are asked to built a PC which costs thousands of bucks. It's certainly not as tough as it first seems. I got my build happened by calling some of my friends home and we went through the built with so much fun that i still remember and cherish those moments. The feeling is outstanding, trust me. There's a reason why people opt for building their own PCs. For an option you can hire a third party person who have a bit of a PC building knowledge and you can join them while it's been built. Also, it'll cost you some. For the budget are you getting everything including monitor, case, windows and does it includes proper shipping? If yes then the price is about right considering the situation right now where you don't get your hands on 3080 that easily and at MRP. If not then you might have to look at the details.

Even to casual games won't it entice them that can try numerous of games for one sub or they'd like to stick just to 3 - 4 games for the same amount?

To casual gamers Give them an option of 70$ per game opposed to 180$ a year for series of games to enjoy.

You can do it by yourself since you seem to be familiar with the market. Get the details of what they will be giving you in 3070 and 3080 built and compare them with individual prices of hardware. Or else they'll mention their cut on the list they gave it to you directly. These companies are really good at what they do, you'll get a pre built PC without going through any hassle but it might cost a bit more. If you plan to go with them then ask for some bonuses like free licenced windows 10 or some RGB lights

To justify the 4k 120 fps and 8k gaming with those games then it's a marketing gimmick then. Will you buy a new console to play gwent or slay of the spire or even GTA VC original at 4K 120 fps? I hope not.
