Yea, the stolen assets controversy was a bigge, but he also got help from Epic games. He reached out to the original right holders and sorted things out. It was not only praised because it is made by one person but the gameplay and graphics really standout from first person shooters. And knowing Steam users no one would've bothered about this game if it wasn't good. This game certainly grabbed attention by many developers. It's the cross gen games that haven't impressed us. There will be standout launch titles visually for PS5 and Xbox Series X. July will be an interesting month. Sony is waiting for the right time i guess!..

It's too early comment on the graphics of the Bright Memory Infinite. There are several reasons to back this, 1. The Killzone SF was an exclusive title, whereas the bright memory is made for current and next generation of consoles. Hence, one cannot compare a multiplatform title with an exclusive. Instead ,we could compare the exclusives titles of Sony and Microsoft as it will get us more clarity on each parameters of the game. 2. Killzone was developed by Gurrellia games which has an army at back end of 250 employees whereas bright memory was single handedly designed by a chinese freelancer which itself says volumes of the same.

Looks like Scorn is full XSX exclusive but still unsure about The Medium is either timed or complete exclusive. Evern Scarlet Nexus is also rumored to be timed exclusive.

That's new, how long is this exclusivity? A year? Call of the Sea looks meh but The Medium and Sexy Scorn is what I'm looking for.

Well, fortunately MS never mentioned 'AAA games or only high production value games' they said just 'games'. And yea, as I said the gameplay part was a bit manipulative. The games showcased are not truly next-gen per say, they'll be released on current gen as well. So take it with a grain of salt. Also MS said that, they will do these kind of live streams regularly till XSX release. They also maybe waiting for their competitor, "Sony" to make a move before showing everything.

I don't think games from these companies are only considered 'games'. Also, I didn't felt Bright Memory Infinite, Medium, Scarlet Nexus, Second Extinction, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 are small indie games.

Yea MS should've easily told us that they will be revealing few third party games rather than bashing about gameplay again and again. This would've saved them from being jerks. This has backfired them many times, how long will it take for them to understand.

MS and Sony should show only first party games? They can show any games which are coming to their respective platforms. MS already said they will be showing/revealing all third party games and they did. The 'gameplay' part was a bit manipulative.

Bright Memory Infinite was the only game which had actual gameplay, rest were in-engine trailers.

Companies need a stronger differentiate between ingame engine trailer and actual straight up gameplay. I won't say i was underwhelmed but i wasn't overwhelmed either. I'm in for new generation of consoles but this could've been much better. Still I'm glad to know some new games announcement. Bright memory infinite Medium Bloodlines Chorus Scarlett nexus Those were the titles I'll keep my eye upon.
