Social distancing cannot be followed in a dense country like india. Only strict lockdown can do that, and even then ppl were roaming like its sunday evening. Heard some shopkeeper on tv say " saving oneself till the end of 2020 is the biggest earning " . Take precautions, do your regular stuff, dont let elders or kids get out much, thats all one can do.
