Steam shows 19GB size.
Sorry it is 23 gigs , maybe because i own dlc . Still downloading 20 gigs is pain in the a*s .

A multi-platform game releasing on a newly released console if still lacks from PC that is the deal breaker for me..
So seems like have to shift back to pc this coming generation..
Well they are providing 64players and 60 fps mp on next gen consoles , thats a really good thing . Ofcourse graphically it wont match pc but still there is lots of improvement , console guys should be happy . Mp gaming is about decent gfx and high fps .
