Finished the game, fantastic entry & direction by the team. 9/10 I was okay with the explanation at the end but didnt like chris' section, doesnt suit here. Suits in RE5 style TPS gameplay. Also loved how ethan saved his daughter and sacrificed himself. Surprisingly the cutscene where ethan hands over his daughter to chris, takes the detonator and walks towards the megamyte was nicely done. Always love dads/moms putting family above everything else and going till the end kind of stories. Loved that in TEW2, liked it there.

I simply loved the setting of this game. I hope we get more of this tribal village in isolated mountains, castle with proper survival horror mechanics using next gen hardware. And i hope shinji mikami makes that survival horror game.

Man everything was perfect till the factory level, even the factory was nice. The elevator shortcut reminded me of dark souls firelink shrine shortcut. The enemies in close quarters were awesome. But the boss fight? Seriously a Tank? and that chris section, full on Call of Duty. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Will finish it today. But other than that and the non existent inventory management, a fantastic game. Explored each house, went after every treasure, the village setting in snow capped mountains, the castle, shortcuts, Doll house, bosses, atmosphere, everything was top notch. Will finish the game today.

Loving the game so far, the castle is fun to explore. Defeated the lady and back to village, exploring each and every house. This game is awesome Also i lost it at the hand cut off scene, it could have been a fantastic gameplay sequence where ethan can only use one hand to shoot or just running. Then Some npc/character visit to get it operated and fix it. Going back to castle and take revenge . But he put his amputed hand back in place like nothing happened . I was laughing hard .

Oh f**k, please be playable in the dlc or something. Ada wong as hunter hnnnggg.
