    Recipe is someone is interested

    Dark chocolate 100 grams

    Refined flour (maida) 1 cup

    Baking powder 1 teaspoon

    Walnuts,peeled 1/2 cup

    Butter(unsalted) 90 grams

Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 cup

    Eggs 2

    Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

    Oil for greasing

    Method

Preheat oven to 180 C on convection mode. Grease a cake tin. Sift flour and baking powder. Combine chocolate and butter in a large microwave bowl and soften, uncovered, in the microwave for a minute or melt it in a double boiler. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla essence and blend well. Add the sifted flour and walnuts and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool. Insert a knife or skewer stick, if it comes out clean its good to eat.

Was experimenting a bit so reduced the butter to about 60 gms. I used bournville, but it can be made with milk chocolate as well.

If the batter is a bit thick then you can add about 1/4 cup of milk for a good consistency.

  3. I am using Reliance Broadband. Did not have high hopes but it has proved pretty reliable in the last 3 months. Plus they recently launched this plan, 2 Mbps unlimited for 799. Without any FUP. YES, you read that right. Easily get download speeds of upto 240 every time. :bigyellowgrin:/>/>/>

I downloaded 3 seasons of The Wire in one night! :bigyellowgrin:/>/>/>

Planning to switch to reliance. Currently using airtel 4mbps plan (1200 9gb :thumbdown:/>/> ). Will try this probably next month :bigyellowgrin:/>/>
