  1. Oh I beg to differ.. Clarke is equally aggressive if not more.. Even over the Australian summer he took some bold moves to try enforce decisions. Even the 1st innings declaration at Hyderabad was a bold move that no captain ordinarily would think of. Different matter that it backfired. His policy is he isn't afraid of losing in order to press for wins. I like that spunk in him! They are missing key players yes but that exactly could be the reason to motivate others to perform at their peak. Just like they showed in this session. They've set it up to launch from here Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

They've set the platform, true. But they're not capitalizing. It's not the first time in this series they won a session in such a prominent fashion. They're performing in patches, which is not helping them get results. And Clarke's decision to declare in Hyderabad, I see that as a desperate measure than a bold move. There was no gamble there. He knew all too well India would just finish off the 11th guy in no time.

Anyway, as I see it, this is going to be one boring test match..

  2. What would be exciting to watch is aus' approach to the game.. They have to go all out if they have to stand a chance of winning this match. That's the best way they play. Blessing in disguise? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

That would be interesting. But it takes a Punter or a Waugh to do that. IMO, Clarke is not that aggressive. They ain calling him a Pup for no reason. :)

Besides, to go all out against the opposition, they need match winners (read Pattinson, Watson).

  3. The distance is approximately 8 to 10 meters. The range is unobscured with with no obstacles in between. So, I reckon a mid-range modem-router can do the job.

Checked the links you gave. And I saw these two models are within my budget.

I thought Belkin and Netgear would be better in terms of quality and serviceability. Please tell me if they are any good!

  4. ^ PS3 will be connected wirelessly. The PC set-up and the PS3 are in the two extreme ends of the living room. So, Ethernet cable is sorta kinda ruled out.

I'm not really concerned about the wireless range. If it really is a problem, I can even get a range extender later. Btw, when you say N300, you mean the Netgear model, right? There's an N300 in Belkin too..
