During which months are the shacks closed? Because we are looking at March-end or April first week. Again, I told them to go right now but they are "busy" with "work". It's around Easter, so I guess there should be enough shacks and bustle around then?

That's largely true and I know this especially for Goa. Our goals are to hit as many of the local food shops and local pubs, have a nice time at night near a beach with some music or gathering in the distance. And the proximity of these will decide our stay (be it Baga or Calangute), I am trying to make them understand. Till now I haven't found many places to visit.

I was looking at Baga and Calangute only. Some of my friends recommended Arpora. I recommended these kind of properties only and even Airbnb kind of places but they have their minds set on hotels with breakfast etc. Let's see what more people have to say. Looking for walker's suggestions.

Guys, my friends are planning to go to Goa for 3 nights. It might be hot but I can't change that. So I will really appreciate if people who have been there or live there can let me know of which place we should look for the hotels so that there isn't much commute. And more importantly which places to visit like which beaches to go to at night, which pubs to visit (someone was raving about a local beer), where to go for must have food and if there are any less known gems to explore. I don't think you will get a 60hz TV which will have good FALD and HDR. But if you don't need HDMI 2.1, go and try to find Sony x95G, will be very difficult but if you find a new unit, bargain hard and drive the price down till 95k or lower after cashback. It performs better than the new series but lags in the UI performance because of an old chip. Otherwise Sony x90H, no questions. 85k is doable if they offer the same cashback as festives. No other TV can beat these in this price range, alternatively if you can wait then Oct 2021 should have offers on 2021 sets but that's far.

I didn't experience this with DS4, atleast not this early. I am not confident about the build of quality of the system and the controller, will probably get it replaced a month before warranty expires because I am sure something will be broken by then.

I can feel that the R2 of one of my DS has loosened a bit, nothing much but still I can notice the difference between the two controllers. I have the adaptive triggers turned off and hardly have played more than 10-12hrs of GOT after completing Astro, alternating the two controllers. I really hate how Sony has turned B-grade in this regard.

I haven't even ejected the disc since the first time I put it in and some black water marks kind of stains were visible a few days back. I don't remember who but someone posted something similar a while back. Absolutely no contact with the console and still the marks propped up but I was able to wipe them off with the microfiber cloth we all have and a little spray of water. Something is up with this plastic.

I did get some blackish marks, like black watermarks near the disc slot but I was able to clean them with a spray of water on a microfiber cloth.
