  1. I can't imagine who is so fed up of their life that they can't find any motivation other than spamming a forum of 20-30 men, lol. Pity them.
  2. Well, they are back with another account, lol.
  3. Nariyal ka tail lo, usme mitti milao and laga lo instead of vaccine.
  4. Badhiya, kabhi khela hi nhi. PS5 remaster!!
  5. Which is the better platform to play this after the next gen update? XSX or PS5?
  6. I remember people vouching for SBI Cashback here few months ago, knew this will happen ? @Root himself is now a Magnus Guy.
  7. Hopefully GTS/Amazon will stock this instead. Although, collectors is a bit bland here.
  8. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from your Santa ?
  9. You have to be quick with Magnus. Devaluation is inevitable with such a reward rate, maybe a few more months and once Citi acquisition is up, they will roll back.
  10. Afaik if you want to park money, nothing better than Bank FD/NSC/RBI Bonds. For the bank FD, don't go with low tenure options like 7/15/30Ds, savings bank is giving pretty much the same interest. In case of 90/180D tenure, rates are higher than savings bank but if you expect to withdraw this money prematurely or even sweep-in (partial amount), you will get rates of lower tenure plus 1% penalty on in the effective rate (which could go lower than savings bank rate). So I guess best is to let some money stay in savings bank to make sure you can service any premature withdrawal needs and rest should be pe parked in >180Ds FDs. No one should be applying for ME IPO but I don't get the buzz, it's obscene but not as obscene like Paytm was.
  11. I just realised that damn HDFC (probably other banks as well) offer the same rates on short term FDs such as 7-30Ds as their savings account does. What a scam lol. Even in case of 30D-180Ds if you withdraw prematurely, you get the same rate as that of the lesser tenure plus 1% penalty on interest rate. Lol, savings bank hi de rha hai itna toh.
  12. I need to wait for my current sub to expire to do this trick again?
  13. No where it is really given what the TER will be so I will wait and see. Only regulation is AUM based TER slabs, so TER can on the higher end here.
  14. I think it's NFO just ended and it's not available for free investments. Should open soon.
  15. Last 4 months have been kind of fortunate expenses wise, that I was able to take advantage of the right multipliers at the right time. I don't expect to earn this kind of return in coming months because of lesser/different mix of spends but that's doesn't matter because I have already recouped a lot more than what I paid for the card. For last 4 months, around 1L/month (this might look high but includes some expenses which almost everyone makes in a year lumpsum).
  16. Has anyone been investing in some liquid fund for short-term parking? Or maybe using linked-fd/swap options from the likes of pvt. banks like HDFC etc? Want to know how the returns have been and in the case of later, how disolving the entire amount before maturity resulted in charges.
  17. I guess, that's more of a discipline vs convenience. That's a separate debate.
  18. Amz/FK give you 5% because they know that's bare minimum and what other CCs can offer. They are actually capitalising on the convenience of instant cashback, not you. Plus, the places which ask for extra charge (pretty sure none of these will include your food/grocery/dine/travel), your are taking CC out of the options for some cash discount without thinking whether post-charge rewards are good or not. You can pretty much use your CC everywhere, even after paying additional charge to get more rewards. You can use your CCs in right way to even pay bills/rent etc to get rewards, post charges! I pretty much spend on regular, everyday places as well, nothing special. Instant discount vs delayed gratification. I choose the later.
  19. In the last 4 months of using Magnus and doing legitimate spends (not even 1rs more than I would spent otherwise) using the correct multiplier portals, I have enough points (or will have enough once they credit) to get me 1 Biz return to US or 3 biz return to EU. UPI can win for majority, that's how logical CC users will continue to earn rewards.
  20. Nukkad pe toh hum bhi UPI hi use krte hai but other than small/micro denominations or specific usecases, CC should always be used.
  21. Yeh Delhi/NCR walo ke liye ek IVG CC meet krni padegi.
  22. You should use a CC for every spend you do via DC/UPI. And obviously they will replace your Citi CC but with a similar tier one, don't expect to get much better value without an application and this transfer is still quite few months away.
  23. Also, a single Amex card can't provide you the best value. You need to have multiple i.e. MRCC+Gold+Plat Travel, in order to take full advantage.
  24. Axis aise nhi dega. Apply krdo seedha. Kuch nhi toh Axis Atlas lelo, airmiles collect kro.
  25. Bro, you are committing the most common sin. Losing on multitude of rewards by going after LTF status. Magnus fees is 10k + 18% GST, you get a 10k voucher in return. Fee reversal is at 15L spend, there is no need to hit it. The kind of rewards you can get right now, will far outweigh the 18% GST you pay (adjusted for voucher).
