Check on a different surface. Came across quite a few posts related to alignment of the surface causing problems. But if it's too much, then get it replaced. I will try to check and let you know when I get time.

Bro, every decent review mentions that x90H dims all 4 corners of the screen. Did you even go through RTINGS? For the banding, try to put the TV on the floor or any other flat surface and then check again without any angle from your point of view.
-
Edge or the corners?
-
What is the source of these tests? Because I am 100% sure that on a compressed source like DTH, you will get banding or dirty screen affect. And are you testing for white uniformity or grey? Hard to tell from the picture because of the flash you are using.

I have a doubt. I am looking at Klipsch R-41PM. These don't require a receiver to connect to the TV. So if my TV is able to provide DTS and Dolby over the optical then these will take advantage of that right? I can't find anything regarding whether they support DTS/Dolby or not.

I think these toppings are more like "Add-ons", so I don't think you will get the same amount of bbq chicken over a basic medium pizza as compared to just a bbq chicken pizza. But go ahead, try it out. Maybe, you have found a loop hole.

Look closer. It's an AR model. Twitter is full of it.

Great choice. Got it myself few months ago, brilliant mouse. -
If your charge slip has 15k mentioned on it, then you are good to go. Congrats!

You must have bought quite early. My brother got it for 1.33k post cashback. Anyway, let's just enjoy the TV now. -
Bro, Croma already has 1.05L as the advertised price for x90H, without any haggling and just taking 15k cashback on no cost HDFC EMI, you will get it for 90k. Haggle a bit more at RD/Vijay Sales/Croma to easily come down to 87-85k.
-
x950g doesn't have the equivalent cashback. 55" will cost you 1L after cashback. I was in the same boat, didn't make sense to buy that over x90H. I honestly didn't find much difference in DTH upscaling when I tried them out. Brightness is better and PQ a tad bit but you will definitely notice how much more snappier 90H is. x950g was too slow in switching apps etc.

Sane logic. Wait for C11.

It's a Vijay Sales in Gurgaon. As far as I searched, none of the retailers are allowed to offer more than 5% discount over what is the current rate on shopatsc. And that's exactly what I was being quoted. So I cut to the chase and that guy offered me this price and specifically asked me to not let others know about it. Apparently Sony can blacklist them or something. Well, lol. But still, I was readily getting 90k quotes after cashback from Croma, RD in South Delhi. It could because it was/near Dussehra.

Lol, same. @HundredProofSam is the only one I believe.

Got the bill for 96k and charge-slip mentioning 15% upto 15k cashback. Tons of people over HIFIVISION got the same. Not sure what's the scene now.
-
Bro, many people got 15k cashback. It was also updated on Sony's website. @SkinTightTunaalso had the same doubt because of the HDFC's website but ended up confirming it for himself. Cashback is available on 55-65" X900H and 65" A9G. Don't go via the website, visit the stores, you'll find it. Anyone quoting you more than 90k for this TV either doesn't know about the cashback for sure or is taking you for a ride.

My friend gets NAT 2. Sometimes, playing with UPnP gets him NAT 1 but he hasn't had a bad experience on NAT 2. You might experience a problem with double NAT in some router and ISP modem configs but those were solved too. I used to have Airtel too when it was stuck on 40Mbps, got NAT 2. I don't think they have changed it at all.

Upto the mercy of the custom officer but somewhere around 30%. Might as well wait and buy from India.

I went to quite a few stores so I had a ballpark price in mind. I just told the guy that I have been to the stores already so give me your best price straightaway. And he came up with this price. Plus asked me to not share the price with anyone else, lol. Vijay Sales. -

No, TV will not output DTS at all, be it HDMI or optical. I meant, you will have to connect your input device to your audio solution via optical and then HDMI from your input goes straight to the TV. This is if you don't want to route your input through your audio solution or if it doesn't have HDMI OUT.
-
Won't work because the audio will still be routed through the TV. You will need to connect the input device to the some audio solution and then connect the TV. Or use optical.
-
How are Klipsch R-41PM speakers? Enough for a good experience with option to add a sub later? Also, these don't require a receiver, can directly connect via optical, that means I won't have ARC/eARC. But dts should work just fine? Any other option I can go for in similar range? Something with eARC?
