9k. 1750+1250+6000 For full 12k i.e. full CC instant discount, you need to put in different orders over the different days of the sale. But for buying the camera, you will be putting in just 1 order. -
1) Frame 2020 does have HDMI 2.1 2) Judder varies from model to model, content to content. Frame 2020 does handle judder well, you can check out Rtings.com for exact settings 3) Yes, these will be able to display 120fps@1080/1440p. HDMI 2.1 only if you want 120@4k, VRR, eARC.

I think it's the exact opposite, when you make them know for sure that you are here to buy, TVs always turn out to be cheaper offline. Look at LG, you still won't be able to find C9 for 1.2L online. Plus in X900H case, it's Cloudtail. Plus bank discount on current MRP by Sony. Rest is Amazon Cashback. So should be able to get for a lower price or much better warranty support.
-
Lol, 55X900H already going for 96k after CC discount+cashback on Amazon. Should be able to get a better price offline.
-
X95H would have been the first choice but 75 inch is too much. X95G and even A8H don't have HDMI 2.1 which is stupid. If I am spending this much then HDMI 2.1 is a must. LG webos is fluid but app support is not as good, even for streaming apps. That's why I am thinking android. Let me know if you have faced any issue. I am gonna go on weekend and see what is the best price I can get for all these. Hoping for 1.2Lish for CX and 95kish for X900H. Also, can anybody suggest a modest audio solution? Nothing over the top but a good integrated soundbar or 2.1 soundbar?

I will watch DTH. Usually some sports or something running in the background. That's why I am wary. So I should go and check out around 20th Oct right? Navratri prices are less than those of Diwali?

Microwaves work by targeting the most volatile item which usually is moisture in the food. When you place a pizza, all of the waves are absorbed by the moisture inside the pizza sauce, toppings and crust. That water quickly vaporizes and can either heat the toppings or can heat the crust. Most of the time, this steam is absorbed by the crust and hence it gets soggy. By placing a mug of water, microwaves don't target the pizza directly. It does absorb microwaves but at a much slower rate. While the water in the mug is quickly heating up and that is the heat which ends up heating the pizza. This process happens before that comparatively larger mass of water (the mug) boils and starts turning to steam. And hence, no soggy pizza. That's the easy explanation.

In hunt for a new tv. Looking at 55CX and hoping to get it around 1.2L, so now is the time to go and check RD, LG, Croma out or should I wait a little more till around diwali? Also, I currently have Sony X900E and I love android functionality, so should I look at Sony A8H instead of CX? I am still a bit wary about burn-in but I don't see any other option other than Sony 900/950H.

Nope, OLED throughout the whole lineup.

Lol and you go to Twitter and see iSheep Jonathan Morrison trying to convince MKBD and others that DV will mean much more to regular audience than 120hz. Always sucking Apple's teet.

Sheesh. That is stupid. Not sure what happened given how they priced Iphone 11. Plus what a premium over those Pro models even compared to non-pro, that's more than 100 INR = 1 Dollar. Plus still 60hz? What a waste

The "Good" and The "Bad" News Thread :) :(

Definitely. I have been working on Quantum Computation and my master thesis will be based on dynamic macroeconomic models, those sound as if they are majorly computational but are purely mathematical with a bit of computation mixed in. I hope to get a quality research paper out of them. Good luck with future work! -

I am from IITD, Mathematics and Computing, dual degree. Seeing the research paper, I assume you come from more of a pure mathematics background. I am more applied and computational. I do intend to study further, probably will apply for MS in Economics/Finance a year or two down the line. Also, I never get tired of seeing the size of Math research papers ? Preprints are edited a lot after peer-review so that's common. -

Being a fellow maths student, congrats bro!!! Good job, quite a milestone. Can you share the link or a draft copy of it? Really curious. Happy to find a comrade here. -
This wasn't just a Roland Garros win. This wasn't just a 20th grand slam. This wasn't just about equalling Federer. Ever since 2019 Aus Open, this was about cementing Legacy. Absolutely amazing.

Lol, I can assure you, IIT classes are nothing like this.

Was thinking of buying an OLED around Diwali. Now fridge is about to give up too. I think it would be best to buy from RD/Croma given I would be buying two things of substantial amount (discount, service, cashback) or should I just get fridge from BBD/Amazon's sale? -
+20$ for heatsink. Nice to see these rolling out. Hopefully price drops sooner than later.

You need to tell me this guy's name and exact RD outlet. I have CITI, HDFC cards. Around Diwali if CX is for anything close to that, I will go to Noida instead of my nearest story and pick it up. -
Honestly I am surprised why it took so long for people to understand the subtle meaning behind it
-
Bigger does not mean better. It's about volume and to me SX's heatsink looks to have a higher volume. Anyway, Sony did a good job with the Ps5.
-
I see myself getting those side plates off and going for something custom. Markets will be filled with tons of options. Change the whole theme or mix & match.
-
I don't mind the size. Just didn't expect it.
-
Ps5 looks almost half the size of this man.
