The ruble has already recovered. It's now down by 25 pc.
There is a difference between what is shown on Google/Bloomberg and what is actually offered by the Banks.
Rate is hovering around 105-110 rubles/dollar, even if this fair market rate is up 20% from yesterday. It's still in all time low category.
And if you try to actually exchange, no Bank is offering less than 150 rubles/dollar.
Russian central bank is pushing market timings by several hours to prevent what is an eventual crash.
Most Russians don't have savings, 20M+ are below poverty line. Sanctions and war will leave a huge dent.

Whites are generally racist. Even the most liberal ones. That's the main reason i dont want to immigrate inspite of the crazy demand in UK rn.
Don't immigrate. Work there for a bit, add international exposure to your resume. Increase your $/£ value and then come back to India, capitalise on higher earnings.

So am I understanding this correctly? The store guy tells me I have to take a 6 month no cost EMI. So I will get that and pay 21.6k (1.3L/6) + 1k every month for 6 months.
One of those months I will get a 18k cashback and after getting that I can close the remaining payment early to save on the 1k every month. Is that correct?
Sorry for the dumb questions, never done this before.
Dude, 1k is one time.
You will be charged for 1,30,000 + 1k, that comes out to be 21,833 per month for 6 months.
And during one of those 6 months, either you will get a cashback of 18k credited to your account or your EMI for that month will be reduced by 18k i.e. 21,833-18,000.
That's it, simple.
When it comes to foreclosure, basically you will pay off the whole loan after you receive the 18k cashback (generally the 3rd month) and that will save you some additional interest which was included in the original price.
No cost EMI basically isn't no cost per se because instead of giving you the discount directly, the manufacturer goes via the card issuer. And then the issuer adds in the interest for final price.
You basically save on a part of that interest too if you foreclose.

Yes, its the C1 not the CX, I got confused. LG needs to get its naming in order how does the C9 come before the C1?
Looks like a decent option, I have to get a CC now
There will some GST and processing fees but shouldn't be more than 1k.
Also, I doubt it will be instant cashback if it's on No Cost EMI, maybe after 90 days?
Anyway, the cost should basically be 1.3L+1k/N months and then you will get 18k cashback in one of the N months.

I find it very fascinating when people on forums suddenly start behaving like they could have done better or that they know better as compared to the people who are actually there, fighting.
When you have a person like Putin in front of you, nothing matters.

ya he screwed up, saw on FK it is 5, so that is very good, just one below Victus.
Nope.
From Moto's website:
"Body
Front: 2.5D Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 with anti-fingerprint coating
Rear: 3D Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5"
I don't have a problem with lack of telephoto or type of fingerprint sensor.
But lack of IP68 rating and GG 3 on front is not great. I don't want to take excessive care of the phone.
700 nits is not ideal.
Charging is good. Yet to see if they are handling extra heat of the SoC well enough or not. Early leaks showed that Moto was running quite hot.
Cost makes sense now.

reviews are out, initial impression looks good.
It's IP52, not 68.
I would prefer the higher rating.
And also speakers.

Got the S22U pre ordered. Never though I'd say this buy now I need to find a decent charger...
As per reviews 45W doesn't help so you can get 25W one. But for future proofing you can.

Zomato, Paytm, Nykaa included in Nifty Next 50.

Moto edge 30 pro looks like a great phone on paper, and great pricing too. It has close to stock android experience. With one plus settling down this seems like a great alternative.
latest SD processor
8/128 gb
60 mp selfie camera
59 mp ois camera, triple setup
144 hz pled screen.
fast 65 w charging and charger in the box.
15 w wireless charger.
stylus coming soon as accessory.
44990 after cash back, 50 without it, this is way way better then S22, at least on paper. Good job Motorola.
Haven't checked out Moto in a while but looks really good on paper.
If the reviews are good then I am tempted over S22+ but I don't think the camera will be a competitor.
Another thing is 2 assured OS updates & 3 years of security updates vs 4 years from Samsung. I am not sure about Moto's consistency when it comes to updates.
Hoping the screen is not a battery hog because they don't mention any dynamic refresh rate.
Hoping reviews are out soon enough.
Also, why Moto couldn't make the device look better?

Russian Index MOEX touched a low of -50%.
Just think about it.
Value halved in just one day.
Think about the margin calls.
They really didn't think through before declaring a war.

I would go with S22+. Not seeing any value in Ultra but that's just me.
I don't have any use for S-Pen. Camera and charging speeds are the same.
Extra screen real estate, resolution and FPS are good but not worth extra 25k for me.
Depends on your use case.

We joke but this could have disastrous consequences. It's time for the world powers to come together and drive him out.
Pretty much.
This happened with Georgia in 2008 and exact same thing is repeating.
Energy crisis will hit us hard, expect Petrol/Diesel prices to skyrocket post elections. That will mean that each and every commodity will get more expensive i.e. more inflation while Salaries don't grow at equal pace.
Diplomacy can't achieve anything if the other person is not interested. Severe actions will need to be taken and quickly.
If this is left uncheck then China will try to do the same. Things in Taiwan and Hongkong are already dire, they won't stop.
Btw anyone interested in Bitcoin, it's a new thing and I swear that it's decentralised and is not affected by any geo-political wars. Anyone wanna buy?

Yeah, I got that. By msg I meant any type of parsable communication.
I haven't particularly experienced this but I am sure that's happening or have happened.
I can build a whole end to end architecture for this in a day, so for sure they have models in place.

Could go either way.
Europe buys $350M worth of oil from Russia everyday. That makes up 30% of their resources.
If crude price goes up because of throttling from Russia, Middle East will follow suit.
Depending on how they pass on the cost, they might make mota paisa.
Again, I am talking about financials, not the stock price.

I have talked about stuff and seen its ads pop up on instagram. Once I felt it's a co-incidence. Nope it definitely isn't.
Ohh, no, definitely it's encrypted but not for Facebook.
Ads about a potential trip, some particular cuisine or some particular activity are quick to show up.
I don't think they save all the content of a msg but just they keywords. Easy to do.

Definitely.
They will channel dollars through China.
And till the time EU & US keeps buying gas/oil, they can fund themselves.
But not for eternity, Central bank is opening close to 700B ruble store but most of their foreign reservers were outside the country.
$350M/day, they are getting from EU won't be able to cover the cost of war which is estimated close to $20B/day.
I don't think Putin thought it will come to this or will be dragged out this much. He doesn't want to use Nukes either but I am not sure whether he will look past the cost.
