  1. Spoilers lead to a ban, create a separate topic and discuss it there.

I know that. I am too trying run away from the spoilers. Heck, I even installed a chrome extension(called Herp Derp) which does this to all YouTube comments to save myself from the morons..

BTW, the review embargo lifts on 4/5th May. Dis gon be gud.

    Let's just ban Nate Drake

  2. Agreed but I have a feeling the spoiler might be true.

I guess you too rad the post? I doubt it as it seems like a cheesy way to end things, especially after TLOU. Anyway, it's as random as a person posting in a YouTube comment, stating X will die, Y will die, etc.

  3. But if he got banned then it must be true.

He got banned because he was trying to piss people off by randomly posting potentially true spoilers. Another guy did the same and later revealed that he was just trolling and that he didn't know about the true spoiler. The mod who banned him didn't even know about the spoiler's validity in the first place.

    10th May can't come sooner.

  4. Finally done watching Modern Family(till season 6 that is, season 7 not yet up on you-know-where). Enjoyed it so much. Every episode made me laugh and there was never a dull moment. There's so much diversity in characters and the fact that acting and writing are top notch elevates it even more. Phil(Ty Burrell) is the star of the show. Easily one of the best comedic shows ever IMO.

Thanks for recommending the show to me.

  5. So I was browsing a GAF thread relating to UC4's street date broken/stolen copies and a motherf**cker unexpectedly spoiled the ending for me and many other users. Maybe it was just a troll. Anyway, he got banned. If it wasn't just a horrible joke but the actual end, man I hope he dies( not kidding) let's just say he pays the price.

  6. Well, for most people their first Souls experience is the toughest. Your experience and skills are pretty much transferable between different Souls games. Although, DeS tortured me with its brutal difficulty and even after so many years I don't think I'll have an easy time with it if I try it once more.

Maybe we got used to it. I died a lot in Bloodborne. Then I got better. After that I played DS2 for 1-2 hours, and found it comparatively easy. The bow and shield makes the game much easier. Also the use of walkthroughs.

    Casuals :P

  7. UPDATE: All Uncharted 4 stock sold at CEX and on eBay was the result of a violent assault and theft, PlayStation has said.
"We can confirm that unfortunately some contents from a lorry transporting a variety of video game and DVD titles, including a quantity of the much anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, was stolen in the UK, during a violent assault," a spokesperson told MCV.
"We are doing everything in our power to assist the police in their ongoing criminal investigation.
"To be clear, we have yet to ship any stock of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End to retail and so any suggestion that UK retailers have broken the official street date is not correct.

    The thirst is too dangerous.

  8. Do people actually post game spoilers in Twitter and Facebook?

Yes, they may do it intentionally or unintentionally via PS4's image/video share feature. Some people do love to spoil things for others.

  9. Hope they get a Thief's end :P

    Indeed :P

So all of that is true. Someone got his/her copy at GAF

Time to go on a media blackout. IVG, maybe GAF are the safe places, right? Reddit, facebook, twitter are probably the worst in this regard.

Can online Indian retailers too mess up the shipping date? I hope so.

  10.

We have some unfortunate news to report that a number of copies of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End were stolen while in transit. While we are continuing to work with the police to resolve the matter – which is the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation – it appears that a few copies of the game have surfaced in the UK.

We know that very many of you have been looking forward with great anticipation and excitement to the latest masterpiece from Naughty Dog. From what I have played of Nathan Drake’s latest adventure, I can tell you that it is very much worth the wait. As with most Naughty Dog games, the unfolding story is such an integral part of the experience and for this reason we wanted to warn you to beware of the potential for spoilers to be posted by people with access to stolen copies of the game. An extremely talented team has worked long and hard to bring Nathan Drake’s greatest adventure to life and we would urge you to help us prevent this from being spoilt by purchasing copies of the game ahead of the launch date. Please rest assured we will be very vigilant to protect you from this as far as we can so you can enjoy Uncharted 4’s experience to its fullest on May 10th.

    Thieves

  11. So everybody liking the new Basketball update?

Played it last night. It's fun if your are big with aerials. Defending the basketball in mid-air can get quite challenging though. The problem for me is, even 170-160ms ping is enough to result in considerable lag. In a game where aerial shots matter a lot, even a decisecond lag can get frustrating. The same is not an issue with the normal mode as aerials are less frequent in there.

  12.

Some gamers might have have gotten their hands on the highly awaited first party title ahead of time. At least that's what users are reporting on the Uncharted subreddit.

"Copies are in the wild already, so beware of spoilers." a user cautions his fellows by adding in a link to a twitter posting

    [....]

Independently thisgengaming.com reports that amazon has begun the dispatching procedures for NaughtyDog's blockbuster game. The website "proves" this by adding in a screenshot of a user's amazon order page, who is situated in Rockford, Illinois, and might even recieve his copy today. Other users also report that amazon is preparing to dispatch their orders as well.

The same seems to go for the German wep page of the online retailer. A look onto the order page of one of our reporters shows that amazon is getting ready to dispatch his order, set for a delivery on April 27th.

Whether this is an error in amazon's software or if they are truly dispatching orders ahead of time remains to be seen.

The f*ck retailers! If it's true, the internet would get filled with the spoilers :(
