    If you have a psp check out crisis core. An iteration in the FF7 series, it's one of the best Action rpgs out there.

    I had one but someone stole it..

    All games in series have independent stories. Some games happen in same worlds, but still stories are not at all related.

    That's good to hear. Do we know something about the release period. Suddenly, it has become my one of the most anticipated games of 2016 :lol:

    I don't think i'll be able to buy PS4 for a long time...my only problem is missing this game and the last guardian.

    So, I didn't know anything about the FF franchise. This game looks very interesting so i watched a video on YT about the history of FF and i'm really intrigued. I really like RPG games and not fond of turn based gameplay.

     

    But this iteration mixes RPG components with action gameplay so it looks amazing to me. Graphics are gorgeous with very impressive animation and detailis. I watched that 2.5 hours (with skips) gameplay demo and was amazed by the atmosphere, characters and designs. Combat looks fun and deep too.

     

    My question, Is its story tied to previous FF games? I know almost nothing about the lore. And what about the release date? Is this a PS4+Xbone+PC game?

     

    Also, i read somewhere that the game has been in development for over 10 years?! LOL how? If yes, it even surpasses TLG in the race of delays.

    Xbone's performance is pretty bad. Native 900p resolution and FPS issues. I hope it's at least 30FPS locked on PS4.

     

    EDIT: It's 1080p/30FPS on PS4.

    Simply cannot wait man,already spoiled too much now it doesnt matter. Also i am not watching whole levels, checking out new levels then i close the tab and then check it again. Luckily two amazing boss fights were going on at that time.

    Nice. You are making me hyped for the game :D

     

     

    Well....put it this way-- We are spoiled brats, cant help it.

    Also, we got nothing else to do

    We play or some1 else plays, both are equal for us.

    Its just, we have waited for too long, cant help it.

    Story is not everything for everyone. People play Dota/CS for highly addictive competitiveness, not for story. Similarly, some of us want to be pro on Day1; know where the excat build items are; which builds are OP...etc etc

    Story is not a concern for me as it's very obscure to begin with. It's mostly about bosses and new areas( For e.g, i was startled by the iron keep area in DS2 when i first discovered it by myself. Amazing feeling).

     

    Now, don't try to troll beginners day one with your expert build :P

    btw does it really take an entire month for copies to reach everywhere?

    Maybe when the demand is really higher than expectations, especially for limited editions?

     

    They probably delayed it to let R&C breathe. They couldn't have delayed UC4 as R&C's film is coming out the same period.
