Whats going on with all the spammers? Lots of them lately :scratchchin:

New members with less than some threshold number of posts shouldn't be allowed to make threads IMO (obviously except the TP section)

We get a new random bullshit thread like every other day

  2. The trailer didn't do anything for me 'cause I was expecting gameplay. It looked cool but cinematic CG (even it was in-engine) doesn't excite me anymore. No SP is also a bummer, as they charging more for next-gen versions.

Damn this countdown to a countdown trend though. I was all set and ready at 7:30 PM when the livestream was like, "hold up, you gotta wait for another hour". Very annoying.

  3. Posting here 'cause I don't think we have a Heavy Rain thread (at least couldn't find it)

The game has a rough start 'cause the controls feel so off when coming from a modern QD game like Detroit. Also, (prologue spoiler)

The death scene could have been handled in a better form. It felt rushed and forced.

Other than that I'm feeling it. It feels more raw and grounded. Ethan is kind relatable (the classic father/son relationship dynamics are easy to relate). The detective also seems cool.

  4. 4-5 hours in and loving the game so far! It scratches that Castlevania itch perfectly. From its music, atmosphere to its characters, it's everything I wanted from Konami in a bigger scale, which sadly we will never get.

I love the cosmetic customizations in the form of scarf/helmet etc but It would have been awesome if the equipped armour set also changed the appearance.

IMO, Dolo is very mild. When I had Covid, it's didn't do much.

I guess the effects vary from person to person.

It worked for me. 101 F was the max my fever got. Still it's probably stronger than the standard tablet which is provided at vaccination centers (just a guess)

I think majority of Indian gamers are casuals only.

Yeah I guess IVG is a bubble in that sense.

Most of my friends only care about Pubg mobile or COD mobile. Even those with capable PC/gaming laptops prefer to play the usuals like Counter strike/fifa/COD etc.

How many of you here who own a PS5 are actually going to buy this game? Ratchet has traditionally sold terribly in India compared to other Sony first party games.

Seems like the kind of franchise that everyone praises but no one buys.

I'm doing my part. I did play a R&C game back on the PS2. Don't even remember the name.

Most indians won't like games like returnal and demons souls. They need Bollywood esque masala that nd and Rockstar games give in plenty

Lol kuch toh bhi... that's stereotyping...more like casual gamers aren't into these kinda games

    Hello Aloy,

With respect to your purpose of system we'll recommend to get any APU having atleast 8Cores and 16Threads AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 4750G is great for your workload else you shall consider AMD Ryzen 7 5800X + Cheap GPU just for the sake of getting display.

    Paired with 16GB (8GB*2) Ram

MSI A520M Vector WiFi is really an good VFM since it costs nearly 7.8k~ and has WiFi and bluetooth.

For 4750G or 5800X based system any good 550w 80+ Bronze PSU shall do the job, we'll recommend Cooler Master MWE 550 V2 80+ Bronze PSU for the same.

For 4750G based system you can consider good entry level but having good airflow chassis under 4k~ but for 5800X based setup get an good airflow chasis like Phanteks P500A or Cooler Master MB511 ARGB/TD500 Mesh.

If you opt for 5800X based system get atleast an 240mm AIO liquid cooler or an really good beefy air cooler.

Let us know if you want to buy any of those components also feel free to ask any doubts or queries you have.

    Regards

    Gtek

Thanks! This will help a lot.

I had a quick look at your recommended parts and as per online vendors, the system is coming out @60K INR (with a M.2 NVMe 500GB SSD).

    A few doubts,

    1. That specific CPU is seemingly not readily available. Even if it is, it's available as its OEM version. Does that make a difference?

    2. How is the rig with regards to future upgradability path? Will this be compatible with future AMD CPUs and Nvidia GPUs?

    3. What are some things to keep in mind with regards to inter-compatibility of the parts (like sockets, cables, motherboard size, etc)?
