No surprise. Deservingly. Watched Gunjan Saxena on Netflix. I watched it primarily cos wife wanted to see it. Had low expectations and surprisingly I really liked the movie. Tight script, screenplay, direction and acting. We all expect Pankaj Tripathi to own the scenes but for me surprise package was Jhanvi kapoor. She has improved a lot. Still needs to work on emotional scenes but good progress. Can understand why Airforce is pissed with the makers as gender discrimination is highlighted with Male officers shown as a gang. Just because Sharma was successful with mumbai indians doesn't means he has the chops for international captaincy. Plus he isn't even a sure shot selection in test matches where the ball swings a little and Sharma forgets where his off stump is. He is only suited for white ball cricket where he rules. High time Dhoni retired. Should have done it earlier. Achieved all he could have achieved and beyond. Will be tough to replace him as the best Indian keeper + finisher. Raat Akeli Hai It was a mixed bag experience. Started promisingly with the fast pace, went quite slow in the middle with some repetitive things, ended with a satisfactory conclusion. Acting was top notch from the supportive cast and no mistake this is a complete Nawazuddin Siddiqui movie. It's his brilliant performance which holds the movie together.
