so ALPHA17 if I buy 3rd gen intel my ram is automatically down clocked to 1333 or it is because of cpu or motherboard??

By CPU I am assuming you mean the cabinet along with components like motherboard, HDD, PSU, RAM, CPU etc?
yep all the cabinet and components.

nope sorry for the confusion only need motherboard, cpu, cabinet psu and ram.
For hdd I already got a 2tb seagate barracuda.

hey can anyone advice me since I have been away from computer hardware a long time since 2008.
I need to build a cpu(CPU and components ) within 15-20k with latest revisions with no graphics card as I don't play on pc.
Intel accessories is my choice don't want to go For Amd.
No need to quote the price but if the user knows latest price in the market he can do it.
