  1. How is it game breaking? The event has not even started. And, if it was game breaking, there would be videos regarding it. Show me some.
  2. Given you only get a legendary sword and need to complete 4 events to get full set, there is absolutely no reason to hurry.
  3. Don't care. Every one has it during events. Let's skip all the content and focus on loot crate. Pretty much every SP shooter has 5-10 hour campaign... Just saying. ?? Don't worry. It goes live on 14th and you can buy with real money. All of Infinite Warfare's variants (at least 5 for every gun) have stat mods and perks. Black Ops III had unique weapons exclusive to the loot boxes, and Advanced Warfare had stat-modded variants in loot boxes. Even had a 2XP bonus for deluxe edition users. Literally, pay extra to get extra XP at launch. Game + season pass - $100 every year + MTs. Yeah, looks better than EA.
  4. Except it was Respawn's decision to release the game in October; not EA. ROFL! People will go to any extent to make EA look bad. Without EA, Respawn wouldn't have survived as no one bothered with Respawn after they left IW.
  5. Edit: found it. Nendoroid Mei. Congrats!
  6. Was already under EA and without them, no one would publish Respawn just like 5 years back. Better cash out while you still can. Leaves EA to stop making Medal of Honor games -> goes to Activision to make Call of Duty -> leaves Inifinty War to stop making Call of Duty games -> strikes a deal with EA for Titanfall -> get bought out by EA. Guess this gives EA to freely release a shooter every year. Battlefield, Battlefront and now Titanfall.
  7. It's official. Funny what money can do. These were the same guys who were sick of corporate interests ruining the games they worked on and now joining them. $400+ million dollars. Let that sink in.
  8. Fair enough. The story parts were always terrible and so were the characters. MW 12 was pretty damn good. I enjoyed pretty much every NFS game bar 2015. That was just pure trash. This one, just like the previous story cheesy story, I wouldn't bother. The gameplay is pretty much full arcadey (some don't like it and some find it more welcoming) and at times handles on its own. I didn't notice lag though. Should check the PS4 version soon.
  9. Yep. Two patches as far I know.
  10. Agents of Mayhem - $0.12. Price error. SAR.
  11. Wonder what you thought of NFS 2015 or any recent NFS games. Since this is way better than that. Rivals and MW 12 has only cop advantage. Nothing else. The story was non-existent as usual. Here you are getting a cheesy story and everything else is upgraded version (too arcadey) of previous games with better customization. CREW is 4 months away. Go and finish the backlog.
  12. Yep, that's why they shafted story DLC in-favour of online where they can push MTs instead of less work. No change. Just hysteria.
  13. That was the point? It's a choice. None of the publishers are forcing you to buy any the MTs. None of the MP games locking you out from any content. You play as you progress. So what's the problem? The fact that 3/6 games on your recent playlist have MTs. None of them stopped you from playing. Did it? The whole MTs debate is pointless as it never affected anyone majorly. Gamers just want to moan about everything without even understanding or playing. As for SP games -> as long it is cosmetics it is fine. If they add a layer of grind or lock an ending behind the grind, they won't get jack from me however good the game is. You can quote when that happens.
  14. People don't want to grind unnecessarily in SP games. That's the main concern. Look at NFS. People crying because it has grind even though it is a racing game (and has online) and all you do is race, but still...not okay.
  15. That can be applied to every game with MTs. It's a choice.
  16. They can very well add a huge layer of grind in SP game or lock a true ending to push MT just like Shadow of War. They can also very well sell cosmetic items/gear for SP as well. Like how Ubisoft does it with Origins.
  17. CHOOSE A SIDE: THE LAST JEDI SEASON IS COMING New heroes, maps, and the Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II Resurrection single-player story arrive soon. It all starts with choosing a side. On December 5, you’ll have an opportunity to align with the First Order or choose to fight for the Resistance. Your choice is important, as it will allow you to take part in special challenges that will grant your faction specific rewards. Things kick into high gear on December 13. Your favorite stormtrooper-turned-hero Finn joins the fight for the Resistance and Captain Phasma steps on to the Battlefront for the First Order. They can be purchased with in-game Credits that week. Whichever faction is victorious in completing the most challenges that week will net a reward as well: a special Crate of high-power upgrades for Finn or Captain Phasma. New locations and vehicles will also arrive. On December 13, the cinematic content from Star Wars™: The Last Jedicontinues with a new planetary map: Crait. The Starfighter Assault map of D’qar will join as well, plus a new hero ship – Tallie Lintra's RZ-2 A-wing. Poe Dameron’s T-70 X-wing is also upgraded with a new ability inspired by Star Wars™: The Last Jedi . Iden Versio returns. In Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II Resurrection, you’ll join Commander Iden Versio during the days of the First Order’s rise to power. This all new chapter of Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II’s single-player story mode will be available December 13. Your choice of faction will continue to matter. Throughout December, you'll see your chosen faction's progress reflected in-game, as you fight alongside allies from around the world to swing the tide of battle. Complain about that too.
  18. Sure the reviews are glossing over MTs lately. SMH. Moving on.
  19. 100-200 games are nothing when each game takes only 10-20 minutes. What are you even talking about? And Vader/Luke are the most expensive ones as they are one of the powerful heroes in-game. You don't expect it from playing 10-20 games. The rest are 5-20k which takes only matter of hours. Hurr-durr argument. Don't play online games if you don't see yourself investing time in it. And second, you don't need to play every day to stay relevant in-game. Perhaps play the game and comment when you don't find the balance? Except for the video never showed him wrecking anything. Nor anyone has faced it so far. If they did, there would be videos all over. What level barriers? You play -> you level up. So is every damn online game with any sort of progression. No one complains as they are busy playing it. Go figure. If you don't play 100-200 games online, you should be the last person to comment on the progression.
  20. Pay2Grind. Not really a problem for people who plan to play it. Already met so many people with epic cards and none of them had any major impact on the game or even anyone noticed it. Plus, in my 4 hours of MP, I already got 7K credits, enough to open 2 crates. Which is not even a grind for an online game. My only gripe is the cost of hero unlocks and challenges needs a reset of new every week. If it's indeed same as 20-60K current, then it's going to take some time. We are looking at 100-200 games for Vader (60k). And, no, you cannot get Vader or other heroes from crates directly.
