To test the "extra order" theory, I ordered a low value item with same expected delivery date as the PS5 stuff.
Its a measuring tape, I can always measure my dick with it if nothing else. So not completely useless.

Pretty much everybody was desperate to snag one unit from 'anywhere'. Can you imagine going for RD, Vijay Sales etc. otherwise for online orders?

I doubt Amazon really cares about the whole concept of "pre-order". This is small beans to them.
So, better not to expect any urgency until we are close to the expected delivery date.

It’s really crazy, every button related to any form of enquiry has a cancel button right next to it. You try to initiate the chat with CC it gives you an option if you wanna cancel. After you chat a bit with the CC executive, he eventually offers you to cancel the order.
It’s as if they are brainwashing you to cancel your order@Assassins Creed does this remind you of something?

I have the my TV connected to one 1000 VA UPS and the XSX/PS4 Pro to another 1100 VA UPS.
My old 600 VA APC UPS used to start the overload beeping even with mains ON for my TV, while playing certain HDR videos.
