On a side note, Amazon delayed the delivery of the XSX too, for the 2nd lot pre-orders. Despite the other colossal f**k ups by CC, Flipkart had still delivered before them.

CC knows nothing, and talking to them will only lead to more confusion. They are only good for escalating in case the delivery doesn't happen by the scheduled date.
My unit still being polished btw. It'll be shiny af when it eventually gets here.
