    Man Utd have the biggest debt in the world, for a football club. 699m pounds or something around that exorbitant figure.

     

    Madrid had their lands purchase by the govt, largely to pay off their debts, a couple of years back. They are a money making machine even otherwise. Madrid is the most successful club in the history of football and they are the biggest club in the world, no two questions. Followed by AC Milan, Barcelona and Boca Juniors. They spend 80m on Ronaldo, they'll recover 100m in 2-3 years time. You just have to see the kind of advertising contracts they enter into. I can go on about Madrid's money making powers. Its something Manchester United or any other club can only dream of. You cant match their financial strength. And yes they have the govt/kingdom backing, but even without that, they are a very very powerful club.

     

    If Im brutally honest, Im not surprised at their lavish spending spree. As that Neo fellow said, they've always been a club that loves to spend. They are a club that cherish big players, the history of the club has been characterized by huge signings and massive players. Hence, the fact, the club is the biggest. Hence, when any player is linked to Real Madrid, they find it hard to say 'I will not go there'. Thats the club football players dream as kids, playing for(Other than English footballers, who for some strange reason, dont leave the Premier League, its a rarity).

    Who said that Manu is in debt?It still the richest club in the world.Manu is a bigger club than Real Madrid.Only that Real spends more.

    Revenue wise,RM is the richest!

    Overall Man U is the richest :(

     

    Clubs take loans from Banks....and repay it with their revenue earned!

    So its Revenue which allows a club to spend :)

    I am not disappointed.I am actually happy that ronaldo is going. :wOOtjumpy:

    guys any idea if airtel broadband is available in mulund side, mumbai? the jerks from the call center are not replying.

     

    other than airtel, which Bband is good for setting up a wireless network at home (pc-laptop*2-ps3-psp-x360). will be used for gaming (duh!) and movies/music d/l

    Where do u live in mulund? I also live in mulund.Airtel is only available in LBS marg.

    How do I sign in to EA Nation in my NFS UC Xbox 360 copy?I have an EA account but I just couldn't follow the instructions on the EA support page to link my gamertag.Btw,I have registered on EA Sports Football world.Anyone plz help? :cry:
