First of all you've paired an AMD Processor with an Intel Motherboard and the AMD Bulldozer series sucks !!

 

Intel i3 3220 Processor : 7.3k

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard : 4k

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM : 1.4k

Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST31000524AS) : 4.3k

Sapphire AMD HD 7770 OC Edition 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card : 10k or Sapphire HD 7850 : 13.8k

 

Keep in mind that you need a decent PSU like the Seasonic S12 520W or the Corsair CX 500W (at least) to run this setup !

 

@Alpha : dude he asked for a PC under 30k but yours come around 40k man , why the need of GTX 660Ti for running a game @30 FPS and medium graphics .
