    Dont have that pic, apologies. From a macro perspective, my diet is protein heavy and I eat lots of fruits as well. I generally average around 1600-1700 calories intake in a day.

    Wireless earphones should be fine in that case. You can also connect wired headphones to your controller if that is something you are comfortable with.
