    I requested becoz if there is any chance for Indian customers(assuming konami loves India and know the internet speed in India) get full game on disks so I can save some download or preload game files from torrent before my GTS copy arrives

     

    Ya right :lol: After turning our fav. franchises into Pachinko machines..They are just not bothered..Plus i think these copies come from Europe and some europeans already have the PC copy who mentioned that it contains 1 disc..

    Anyone getting the PC version from GTS Midnight Lunch? If yes pls confirm how many DVDs in the box

     

    If the physical copy contains just the steam installer of 8 MB it has to be just 1 disc...plus there is a guy who has posted an image of the physical copy..it has just 1 disc...

    Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Day 1 Update Is Live, Adds FOB Support And Optimization

     

    Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has received a day 1 update ahead of the official launch. This update brings the game to version 1.01 and adds support for the multiplayer as well general stability and optimization.

     

    If you are one of the lucky users who managed to snag an early copy of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, you can now download this update clocking in at roughly 421 MB on the PS4. The reported size for this patch is about 150 MB on PS3 and 750 MB on the Xbox One.

     

     

    The changelog for this patch can be read below.

     

    Version 1.01

    • Additional features and enhancements for FOB missions
    • Overall optimization and stability enhancements.

    In addition to the update for The Phantom Pain, Konami has also released an update for Metal Gear Solid V prologue Ground Zeroes. This update allows you to upload your save data to carry it over to The Phantom Pain.

    dude the game gets released on retail on Sep 1, GTS shops open by 10:30AM and im pretty sure they would b selling the game by then. so most defenetley the game will unlock for us by 9:30 AM in order to facilitate the download of Retail TPP. this makes sense if you take into Konamis estimated unlock time for other time zones

    No it won't actually..I had got MK X in morning but it wasn't unlocked until much later in the evening..Our steam updates go according to US time..so follow that or VPN

    idk.I dont play with the side panel open. :P

    basically unless OC'ing i keep the fans on auto which usually gets 64-65 C on demanding games like this and W3,

    some times i go into AFB and set the fans to full 100% and the temps drop a full 10c,from 64 to 54c on same games

    either way im not experiencing throttling of any sort

    so i doubt its a fan/temp issue

    That's why MSI has decided not to put that in the new stocks..The fans of that card don't run on idle (only from MSI) as far as i know..If you don't have that issue well and good..but most of the 970's are experiencing the issues that you mentioned..

    maybe the Polish dude was just fcking with us :fear:

     

    GZ was 1-1.5 GB in size when it released so its easy to put on a DVD..this is around 28 GB so it needs multiple discs..

     

    There is just single disc in the box..Also, gamers who pre-ordered the game (PC) and picking up locally from Mumbai can inform us pretty soon due to Midnight Launch..Anyone here..?

    You aren't the only one..Many people have complained about it on various forums mostly with all new releases..Most of them are blaming the card plus the game is pretty demanding as well...switch your AA to FXAA..

     

    Also, do the GPU fans run 100% all the time..

    He mentioned that in a recent interview..Its there on Steam discussions...Anyways you get one FOB from GMP..remaining you have to buy..Having many can make your base vulnerable as well if you don't have proper security which you may not have in the beginning...
