It is an obvious & blatant white wash attempt to justify how it played out & quite foolish one at that. It actually makes the real life events & the script of the movie quite foolish because of the reasoning given!! Not much different from those dime a dozen bhakt meme’s that celebrate “hum toh chudde woh theek hai but Pakistan zaroor chudna chahiye”. Creating a life or death like situation on the streets that took hundreds of lives officially(un officially in thousands) just to prevent an entry of 60k cr. fake notes specifically when you know who,how & when before hand is the most deluded stupidity crafted into a movie trying to propagate & promote the sitting head of state. Every one & their moms know by now that the biggest & main agenda behind that act was to wipe out opposition funding overnight. Sudden introduction of Political Bonds following that move made it blatantly obvious. So the entire funding infrastructure was designed to give the one in power a Herculean advantage over the ones in opposition in the entire central & state political spectrum. Since I am in the government I can see who is funding whom but the opposition will be totally blind. Why the f**k would anyone unhappy with the current government even want to fund & be at the gun point starting the very next day?! anyway it was good or bad in the long term is debate for another day & place. But the movie’s white wash attempt makes it even more ridiculously stupid then what ppl thought of it in their minds.

The twist at the end was also contradicting with the events of the first film. As if it was added on later to the script post release of D1. Apart from the weird a*s licking in your face justification of Demonetisation(bringing the country to standstill to prevent something that could have happened many other ways). And that last minute twist. This series is going down in history as today’s Sholay.

This reference is all over X. It is a genuinely once in a generation Indian Movie. It’s the Sholay of our generation & will be the benchmark for many decades for Bollywood masala Story Telling. Patriotism is obviously the base of this film but it shouldn’t be compared the dime a dozen in your face (to be trendy) Us vs Them movies that we are witnessing these days. It’s got genuine flavours like none other before.

Yeah I saw his interview openly saying he was paid well for it’s usage. So it’s ok for Jio & Aditya Dhar to pay a Pakistani Artist for using his creativity but if SRK pays a Sportsman for his skills then it’s a reason to Riot!! Countless ppl have ridiculed countless other ppl for collaborating with Pakistani’s but someone praising BJP & doing propaganda for them is hilariously white washed out of all their sins. Movie was great but they shouldn’t have used Modi’s Demonetisation Video directly. Very foolish reasonings given for demonetisation. If you know what amount is coming…where it is coming from & who is handling locally,you’d rather assassinate them(which literally happened later on anyway) than to kill the entire economics of the nation. That’s like nuking the whole f**king place to contain a virus.

Yeah Story is quite weirdly being narrated & the Gameplay is nothing special either for today’s times. The game is purely riding on the mystique & atmospheric tension along with the excellent Story telling of the First Part(for those times).

If you are going by those $500m budget rumours. Then obviously no….it didn’t cost even a fraction of that to create a basic 5v5 small arena shooter with few launch maps. If anything it’s visibly evident that Highguard cost more. And no cutscenes don’t shoot the budget by hundreds of millions. I don’t think Starfield & Redfall combined cost $500m to make

A dime a dozen GaaS failed one after the other. Latest being Remedy’s Firebreak & the Highguard. Doesn’t mean they have stopped coming. Point is why even put a studio like Blupoint on GaaS which has snitch creative experience & worked mostly on Campaign Remasters.

Black Friday was a great time to buy. Not only it was $50 off but now it’s sold out everywhere. PSSR 2.0 is game changer. Can’t wait to try it in BF6,Alan Wake 2 & Hopefully Silent Hill 2. Those buggers need to patch PSSR back into performance mode.

But were they really capable of it?! They started as a porting studio & Demon Souls was the only game where they built a pre-existing game on a completely new Engine. Even SOTC was built up upon pre existing code. Just because they wanted something doesn’t mean they can make it. Sony should have been more careful how to use them….let alone green lighting a GaaS game from a studio which had Snitch Creative Experience. Even if They wanted to honour Miyazaki & not let them in on Bloodborne Remake. They could have handed over a gazillion other Remake Projects from their own or associate library. At one point they were rumoured to be working on MGS1 remake. Which could have been the best case scenario as MGS3 remake turned out to be great from a similarly inexperienced studio. Could have been part of GoW remakes too. Green lighting a GoW GaaS was totally & utter foolishness on both their parts.

I don’t think FromSoftware can hold Bloodborne Remake from happening….Specially when Sony itself is heavily investing in it’s mother company. Typically all games that Sony produces under its FirstParty banner they make sure to reserve rights on all future releases of that IP. Unless of course they sell it back to the co-producer like in case of Death Stranding. Bloodborne IP solely belongs with Sony I believe & no one can stop them from getting it Remade just like Demon Souls. I think Sony bought Blupoint in a hush like many other studios they bought at that time to fend themselves from the acquisition of spree of M$. Even though they knew at that time that Demon Souls didn’t do quite well. Putting them to work on a GoW GaaS was another level of idiocity. So many games they could have remade/remastered!!

It’s safe to Say now that Bloodborne is never getting a Remaster or Remake. Why they weren’t put on the redevelopment of Bloodborne as soon as they were done with Demon Souls will forever remain beyond my mental comprehension. What a waste of awesome remake talent & put towards idiotic multiplayer project.

Phantom Blade is a third Party Exclusive not being published by Sony. They have no say on it’s release. Wolverine is a big name & in partnership with Marvel. They can’t release it in competition with GTA6 & CODMW4. Obviously Sony would have some clue on what window GTA6 is looking at.
