    Use Chrome. It will autotranslate the Portuguese site to English. Very easy to buy with Paypal once you have setup an account.

    My stupid hdfc debit card won't register on PayPal for some reason :furious:

    Also an alternative to downloading on something like NAS so that one does not waste 750w on a download rig that runs 24x7

    Sweet rig. Why the 7970 Dual X when you can get the Dual X R9-280X for around 22K odd at street?

    The 280x retails for 27k (in Bangalore) -- plus there is limited supply.

     

    Scouted a sweet deal on this used 7970 so got it, nothing specific!

    You don't see a MGR PC version as well. Doesn't mean that it isn't happening. That said , yeah MGR had an announcement ( of sorts , but I think it's further down the road now. I wouldn't be surprised if it has it's own steam page by now ) but this is assumed on how the architecture of these two nextgen machines are ditto PC in most ways. Also , he hinted during an interview with doritopope right after E3 and even after the official reveal at GDC'13 that the PC version is close to happening. It's just that pubs play the console exclusive card to push initial numbers.

    Like nVidia merged the Ageia PHYsX Physics processor onto their cards after acquiring the same in 2008, TrueAudio has a dedicated chip / DAC on the AMD cards to handle audio. Which offloads the processing from the CPU.

     

    How is the audio output done ? Only via HDMI or will the onboard audio out 3.5mm also support trueaudio ?

    Due to the entry of the GTX 780Ti in the high end segment, the cards that come next in the NVIDIA lineup - the GTX 780 and GTX 770 have got a price cut. The new price for GTX 780 is USD 499 (Rs 24,600 approx) and that of GTX 770 is USD (Rs 20,194 approx). Those are huge price cuts considering the GTX 780 is currently retailing around Rs 50,000 and the GTX 770 is priced around Rs 35,000 in the Indian market. The price drops will reflect in India soon. AMD's pricing of its new R9 series of cards may just have caused this price drop. The GTX 780Ti is touted to face-off against AMD's flagship R9-290X.
